Verizon Wireless and Faith West, a mobile content provider, on Wednesday announced the availability of Modtones Gallery on Verizon Wireless' Get It Now service.

The companies said Modtones Gallery provides Verizon Wireless' Get It Now customers with a mobile art gallery of images for download from such brands as Rocawear, French Kitty, Yum Pop and Emily the Strange.

Faith West's image license with Viacom Consumer Products offers mobile wallpaper from classic pop culture favorites like Beverly Hills 90210, Clueless, Roman Holiday, Saturday Night Fever, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Grease. Faith West said these entertainment graphics are complemented by images from the recently released Alien vs. Predator from Twentieth Century Fox.

Modtones Gallery also offers graffiti scenes, tattoo art and other classic iconography from its team of in-house artists, the company noted.

Verizon Wireless said customers can find Modtones Gallery in the getPIX shopping aisle in the Get It Now virtual store.
