Former WildBrain Inc./Kid Robot Inc. CFO, Joe Brichler, Joins Moderati as Chief Financial Officer

Seasoned executive lends his media finance expertise to America's largest mobile entertainment agency

(SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.) – August 6, 2009 – Bellrock Media today announced that Joe Brichler has joined its U.S. subsidiary, Moderati Inc., as the Chief Financial Officer. In his new position, Brichler will be responsible for all aspects of Moderati's corporate finance and accounting, tax and treasury and financial planning and analysis

Brichler was most recently CFO for Wild Brain/KidRobot, Inc., an award-winning, artist-driven business that develops, produces and monetizes unique and compelling content across the media spectrum. Wild Brain produces the hit series Yo Gabba Gabba!, airing weekly on Nickelodeon, and produced Higglytown Heroes, the top-rated and critically acclaimed animated children's series that aired on the Disney Channel, among other projects. Kidrobot is the world's premier designer and retailer of limited edition art toys and apparel. In his position with the company, Brichler acted as the primary Wild Brain financial executive in charge of fundraising, financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and accounting and tax and treasury.

Prior to WildBrain, Brichler held positions as the Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Foster's Wine Estates Americas, GoldenGate Software Inc., Marketwatch Inc. and 989 Studios, the wholly-owned game developer for Sony's PlayStation, where he was responsible for operating accounting and budgeting and reporting, including creating and implementing profit reports and cash management procedures for internally and externally developed titles. Following his graduation from Santa Clara University, Brichler worked as a Senior Accountant for Price Waterhouse, one of the big four public accounting firms.
