The deal brings together two companies with a passion for delivering an unequaled wireless experience.
Moderati will provide personalization content (song tones, voice tones and video tones, as well as image and wallpaper content) for Helio as well as work closely with the Helio team on content strategy, merchandising and programming. Helio and Moderati will also continue to work together on new product development efforts to continuously advance the personalization options available to Helio members.
